The puppies are already two weeks old and the time seems to be flying by! Most of the puppies have newly opened eyes and are walking - if you want to call it that. They are "wobbling". The pups wobble over to me whenever I come near the box and they do the same when mom is standing outside the box. All of the pups are over a pound with a few over two pounds. They are still not caught up on the weight they lost that first week of life, but they will catch up eventually. The pups have had a couple of nail trims (boy that's fun!) and they are looking pretty darn cute if I do say so myself. We should be starting gruel food feedings in a week or so.

We have our CERF appointment for the litter scheduled on March 21st and I'm making their vet visit for March 27th, at which point they should receive their first set of vaccinations, get microchipped and have a physical exam.

We are allowing visitors at this point, but my weekends are fililng. Drop us a line if you want to come and visit. And no - we still have not asked for deposits for all of the pups yet as I'm seeking a breed potential home and would like to hold some options open for a little while.
